Other than this audio issue, the game is great. enable it, then type the command I listed above, and follow the listed instructions, and that SHOULD be it. Now, if you don't know what the 'console' that I'm talking about is, you need to go into the 'options' tab in the game, 'go into the 'keyboard' tab, then look for an option I believe to be labeled 'developer console'. you will then log back in, and open the game. you then wait a while, then sign out of your computer, DO NOT SHUT DOWN. you open the console, and type 'snd_rebuildaudiocache'. So, I managed to fix the game's audio bug, however it needs to be done every other time you open the game.
